摘要
本文介绍了设备管理的核心主体,即点检定修管理。包括点检员责任、点检的执行、维修方式、状态检修、点检定修制和点检制,并结合当前国内设备维修管理的现状,提出了实现设备状态检修的实践步骤,从点检制作为起点,逐步到点检定修,最后向状态检修发展。即以点检定修为核心,预防维修为基础的全员维修制。
This paper introduces the core subject of equipment management, namely, point check maintenance management. Including the duties of the inspector, the execution of the inspection, the maintenance method, the state maintenance, the point inspection and the inspection system, combined with the current status of the domestic equipment maintenance management, put forward the practical steps to achieve the equipment status maintenance, from the inspection production As a starting point, gradually checkpoint repairs, and finally develop to state maintenance. That is to say, the point-to-point repair is the core, and the maintenance-based full-person maintenance system is adopted.
