摘要
以不同含量的沸石改性聚丙烯(PP)为原料,CO2 为发泡剂,使用自制高压反应釜进行发泡。采用差示扫描量热仪表征改性后 PP 的熔融性能,并通过扫描电子显微镜分析发泡后的泡孔形态。结果表明,沸石能充当异相成核点,明显增加 PP 的泡孔密度并减小泡孔直径,并且沸石具有特殊的多孔结构可在一定程度上提高发泡倍率;发泡温度对沸石成核性能影响明显, 146℃下发泡综合成核效果较好;随着发泡压力的升高沸石改性效果先提高后降低,6 MPa 下泡孔成核效率最高,当沸石含量为 1 份时泡孔密度为 1.98×10^6 个/cm^3,泡孔直径最小为 210.5 μm。
Different fractions of zeolite modified polypropylene (PP) were added as raw materials,and CO2 was used as a foaming agent,and foaming was carried out using a self-made autoclave. The melting properties of the modified PP were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry,and the morphology of the foamed cells was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that zeolite can act as a heterogeneous nucleation point to significantly increase PP cell density and reduce the cell diameter,and the zeolite has a special porous structure,which can increase the expansion ratio to a certain extent, and the effect of temperature on the nucleation performance of the zeolite is obvious,the comprehensive nucleation effect is better at 146℃. The effect of zeolite modification with the increase of pressure increases first and then decreases. The nucleation efficiency of the cell at 6 MPa is the highest 1.98×10^6/cm^3,the smallest cell diameter is 210.5 μm,when the content of zeolite is 1 phr.
