摘要
采用自制有机蒙脱土(OMMT)和聚氨酯(PUR)预聚体改性环氧树脂(EP),通过溶液共混方法制备了 EP/PUR/OMMT 纳米复合材料。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、 X 射线衍射、热失重分析、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及力学性能测试等对其进行结构与性能表征。结果表明,在 EP/PUR 体系中加入质量分数 3%的 OMMT 时,OMMT 以剥离的形式存在 EP/PUR 基体中,此时 EP/PUR/OMMT 体系的冲击强度最高,较 EP/PUR 体系的冲击强度提高了1.4 倍,同时弯曲、拉伸强度也得到了良好的改善;SEM 分析证明其断面为典型的韧性断裂;热失重分析表明 OMMT可以提高 EP/PUR 体系的初始热分解温度,并且残炭率随着 OMMT 含量的增加而提高,说明 OMMT 能提高 PUR/EP 体系的热稳定性。
Self-made organic montmorillonite (OMMT) and polyurethane (PUR) prepolymer were used to modify epoxy resin (EP),and EP/PUR/OMMT composites were prepared by solution blending. The structure and properties were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,thermogravimetric analysis,scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and mechanical property testing. The results show that when adding 3% OMMT to EP/PUR system,OMMT exists in the form of peeling. At this time,the impact performance of EP/PUR/OMMT system is the best,compared with that of EP/PUR system, the impact performance is increased by more than 1.4 times,and the bending and tensile strength are also improved. SEM analysis proves that the section is a typical ductile fracture. The thermogravimetric analysis shows that the addition of OMMT can increase the initial thermal decomposition temperature of EP/PUR system,and the carbon residue rate increases with the increase of OMMT mass fraction. It shows that OMMT can better improve the thermostability of EP/PUR system.
