摘要
针对车灯面罩热板焊接容易在面罩上产生残余应力而影响车灯质量的问题,研究优化退火工艺参数降低残余应力的效果。通过建立以退火温度及退火时间为优化变量的车灯面罩热板焊接的优化模型,设计正交试验表,将车灯面罩按照试验表中的参数组合分别进行退火实验,并对退火完成之后的试件残余应力检测。采用极差分析法对测得的结果进行数据分析,得到退火工艺的优化参数组合。将此优化组合的退火工艺测得的残余应力与退火之前的残余应力进行对比,结果显示面罩在优化参数的退火实验后残余应力明显降低,表明了优化参数对降低残余应力有显著的效果。
The effect of reducing residual stress through the reasonable annealing process parameters was studied to the question of lamp quality problem caused by residual stress in lens due to the hot plate welding. The hot plate welding optimization model of lens of vehicle lamp using the annealing temperature and annealing time as optimization variables was established. Orthogonal experiment table was designed, the annealing tests were carried out according to the parameters combination from the table for lens of vehicle lamp,and the residual stress in lens after annealing tests was measured. Using the differential analysis to analyze the results of the tests,the optimization combination for parameters was selected. Compared with the residual stress before annealing,the residual stress is signi cantly lower after annealing using the optimization combination,which proves that the annealing process is effective in reducing the residual stresses.
