摘要 针对现有家庭植物工厂控制系统生产成本高、营养液净化不彻底、云平台技术应用实例少的问题,设计并开发了一种LED家庭植物工厂控制系统。该系统以STM32为核心处理器,采用LED模组对植物进行补光,并将深紫外LED技术应用到营养液净化领域;移植UCOSⅢ嵌入式系统,以满足系统实时性的要求;移植EMWIN进行了LCD人机交互模块开发;通过WIFI模块接入机智云云平台,并基于机智云提供的SDK包以及Android开源框架开发了一款Android APP,实现了对家庭植物工厂的远程调控。整体测试结果表明,系统各项性能均达到了设计要求,具有较高的可靠性,而且成本较低,满足实际应用的需求。 Aiming at the problems of high production cost of the existing family plant factory control system, incomplete purification of nutrient solution and few application examples of cloud platform technology, an LED family plant factory control system is designed and developed. The system uses STM32 as the core processor, uses LED modules to fill the plants, and applies UVC LED technology to the field of nutrient cleaning. It transplants the UCOSIII embedded system to meet the real-time requirements of the system and transplants EMWIN for LCD human-computer interaction module development. It accesses the Gizwits platform through the WIFI module, and develops an Android APP based on the SDK package provided by the Gizwits platform and the Android open source framework. The remote control of the home plant factory is realized. The overall test results show that the performance of the system has reached the design requirements, with high reliability and low cost, which meets the needs of practical applications.
