摘要
通过研究30Cr2Ni2Mo大型锻件的调质热处理工艺,调整化学成分、采取水-空间隙冷却及调整工艺参数等措施,使此大型锻件一次检验合格。
Quenching and tempering process of 30Cr2Ni2Mo large forgings have been researched, further measures of chemical compositions adjustment, water-air gap cooling and technical parameters adjustment have been applied to make the large forgings pass the quality inspection one time.
