摘要
针灸课程系指经络腧穴学、各家针灸学说、针灸医籍选读等在中医高等院校针灸推拿学专业开设的专业基础课和任意选修课。这类课程以讲授中医针灸学科专业基础知识、古代名医经验学说和传世经典的中医古籍为主,对学生后期学习乃至毕业后从事中医针灸临床,都具有非常重要的奠基作用。尤其是对医学生的道德培养方面,本课程具有其他专业课无法替代的重要作用。通过传授医学基础知识、讲解名医验案医话、诠释古典医籍,学生们可以在潜移默化中树立医德信念。本文就针灸基础类课程在中医院校学生医德培养中的作用进行了简要论述。
Basic courses of acupuncture and moxibustion refer to specialized basic courses and arbitrary elective courses offered by acupuncture and massage therapists in colleges of traditional Chinese medicine,such as meridians and acupoints,acupuncture theory,and selection of acupuncture and moxibustion books.Such courses are mainly based on the basic knowledge of Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion disciplines,the ancient doctors'experience theory,and the ancient classics of ancient Chinese medicines.They all have very important foundational roles for the students in the clinical acupuncture clinic after their studies and even after graduation.Especially for the moral cultivation of medical students,this course has the important role that other professional courses cannot substitute.By imparting basic knowledge of medicine,explaining doctors'medical experience,and interpreting classical medical books,students can establish a belief in medical ethics in a subtle manner.This article briefly discusses the role of acupuncture basic courses in the cultivation of medical ethics for students in TCM colleges and universities.
