摘要
目的分析中成药不良反应发生情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法采用回顾汇总法,从国家药品不良反应监测网收集整理我院2015年—2017年上报的中成药不良反应报表,对其不良反应类型(新的、一般、严重)、性别、药品通用名称、药品分类、剂型、不良反应名称、临床表现、预后进行汇总分析。结果2015年—2017年共上报中成药不良反应234例,其中中药注射剂占64.10%,中成药口服制剂占35.04%。不良反应报告类型以一般为主,严重不良反应11例,全部不良反应患者预后较好。不良反应涉及系统主要以消化系统及皮肤为主,临床表现为胃肠道不适、恶心、呕吐、皮疹、瘙痒、静脉炎等。不良反应报表排名前10位的中成药占全部报表的49.15%,以中药注射剂为主。结论应加强中成药的处方点评,重视中药药学服务,并注重中成药不良反应的上报及监测,促进中成药应用趋于规范化。
Objective To explore and analyze the occurrence of adverse drug reaction(ADR)induced by Chinese patent medicine in our hospital,and provide reference for rational clinical drug use.Methods Retrospective analysis is used to collect and collate the reports of adverse drug reaction report of Chinese patent medicine from the national drug adverse drug reaction test network from 2015 to 2017.Including the style of adverse drug reaction(new,general,severe),gender,general name and classification of drugs,dosage form,name of adverse reaction,clinical manifestation,prognosis.Results The injection and oral preparation of Chinese patent medicine accounted for 64.10%and 35.04%respectively of 234 reports from 2015 to 2017.The general reactions were mainly adverse reactions and 11cases with severe adverse reactions.Adverse reactions involve mainly digestive system and skin,and clinical manifestations include gastrointestinal discomfort,nausea,vomiting,rashes,itching,phlebitis and so on.In the top ten of the list of adverse reactions,the Chinese patent medicine accounted for 49.15%of the total reports,mainly in injections.Conclusions Attention should be paid to pharmaceutical service of traditional Chinese medicine,and prescription review of Chinese patent medicine should be strengthened.Paying attention to the report and monitoring of the adverse reaction of Chinese patent medicine.and promoting the standardization of the application of Chinese patent medicine.
