摘要
以东莞市研究为例,采用空间自相关和景观指标方法,分析生态控制线内建设用地存在的随机性和空间合理性,并给出相应建议,以促进城市生态资源的保持与培育。研究结果表明,生态控制线内建设用地的空间模式具有显著的非随机性,线内建设用地持续新增的现象给生态环境造成一定的影响;开发用地是生态控制线内的主要建设用地类型,易受人类活动和社会因素的影响,从而加速绿化用地的离散化程度。因而及时遏制生态控制线内建设用地的增加有利于保障城市生态安全。
Dongguan is used as an example to illustrate that a large amount of soil resources have been occupied by the rapid urbanization process and bring serious challenges to urban ecological security. The Basic Ecological Line Policy has been implemented since 2008 in Dongguan, but a certain amount of construction land already existed in the ecological line when it was demarcated based on the complete and systematic principles, and some new construction land began to emerge. Spatial autocorrelation and landscape metrics are used to analysis the spatial pattern of construction land in the ecological line. Meanwhile the relationship between the construction land and other land use types is given, which reveals the non-randomness and non-ecology of the construction land in ecological line. It is suggested that a mechanism should be set to move the construction land out of ecological line, and work should start to optimize the ecological control line.
