摘要
【目的】探讨透明质酸修护生物膜联合吐美莫司对变应性皮炎患者血清生化指标及皮肤屏障功能的影响。【方法】选择2015年1~12月变应性皮炎患者86例,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组给予吡美莫司软膏外敷,观察组在对照组基础上应用透明质酸修护生物膜,治疗4周后,比较两组临床症状积分、血清生化指标、皮肤屏障功能、临床疗效。【结果】观察组临床症状积分均明显低于对照组(t=8.437,P<0.05);有效率明显高于对照组(X^2=6.081,均P<0.05);血清白细胞介素-4(lL-4)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)、免疫球蛋白(IgE)含量均明显低于对照组(t=12.050,5.167,4.219,均P<0.05);经皮水分流失量(TWEL)明显低于对照组,而皮肤角质层含水量、皮肤油脂含量明显高于对照组(=4.491,3.363,13.036,P<0.05)。【结论】透明质酸修护生物膜联合吡美莫司有助于缓解变应性皮炎患者临床症状,提高治疗效果,可能与降低血清炎性因子含量、调节免疫功能、恢复皮肤屏障功能等因素有关。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of hyaluronic acid repair biofilm combined with pimecrolimus on serum biochemical parameters and skin barrier function in patients with allergic dermatitis.[Methods]Eighty-six patients with allergic dermatitis from January to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given pimecrolimus ointment for external application,while the observation group was treated with hyaluronic acid repair biofilm on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptom scores,serum biochemical indicators,skin barrier function and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.[Results]The clinical symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=8.437,P<0.05);the effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(X^2=6.081,all P<0.05);the serum levels of interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-13(1L-13),immunoglobulin(IgE)were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=12.050,5.167,4.219,all P<0.05);the transdermal water loss(TWEL)was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the TWEI was significantly lower than that of the control group.The water content and oil content in cuticle were significantly higher than those in thecontrol group(t=4.491,3.363,13.036,P<0.05).[Conclusion]Hyaluronic acid repair biofilm combined with pimecrolimus can help alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with allergic dermatitis and improve the therapeutic effect,which may be related to reducing the content of serum inflammatory factors.regulating immune function and restoring skin barrier function.
