摘要
研究开发了一种陶瓷砖吸水率煮沸法自动测试仪,包括温度控制系统、冷却循环系统及试验水箱等组成。通过温度传感器监测试验用水温度,通过温度控制器控制加热电阻与冷却循环系统工作。该测试仪可以实现加热、冷却及浸泡过程的自动化工作,极大地提高了试验效率。通过与真空法测试仪进行比较,结果表明,两者试验结果具有很好的一致性,保证了试验结果的可靠性。
An automatic tester for water absorption ofceramic tile by boiling method was developed,Including temperature controller system,cooling cycle system and test water tank,etc.The test water temperature is monitored by a temperature sensor and the heating resistance and cooling cycle system are controlled by the temperature controller.The tester can realize the automation of heating,cooling and soaking process,and greatly improve the test efficiency.Compared with the vacuum method tester,the results show that the two methods are consistent and reliable.
