摘要 瓦斯浓度测量是确保煤矿安全生产的关键,考虑煤矿瓦斯分布测量的低功耗需求,设计基于MSP430单片机和ZigBee通信为核心的煤矿瓦斯测量系统。系统由路由和现场测量节点组成,设计支持低功耗运行的瓦斯测量和ZigBee通信电路,根据路由和分布测量节点测得的瓦斯数据为控制参数,控制现场测量节点的唤醒和休眠状态,以最大限度降低功耗。实际组网表明,该系统运行可靠、功耗低,可实现异常瓦斯浓度位置的精确定位和计量。 Gas concentration measurement is the key to ensure the safety production of coal mines. Considering the low power consumption requirements of mine gas distribution measurement, gas measurement system has been designed based on MSP430 and ZigBee. System consists of routing and on-site measurement nodes, gas measurement and ZigBee communication circuits with supporting lowpower operation has are designed. The gas data measured by the routing and distribution measurement nodes are used as control parameters to control the wake -up and sleep states of the on -site measurement nodes, and reduce power consumption. Actual networking shows that the system is reliable with low power consumption, and it can accurately locate and measure abnormal gas concentration locations.
