摘要
对昆明市当前移动通信基站环保管理工作现状进行了研究,分析了目前基站建设中存在的问题以及环保管理上面临的难点。在此基础上,从推进基站规划环评、加强属地监管、严格基站选址等方面,提出对策和建议。
The current situation of the environmental protection management of the mobile communication base station in Kunming was studied,and the existing problems in the construction of the base station and the difficulties in the environmental management were analyzed.The countermeasures and suggestions were proposed from the aspects of promoting environmental planning impact assessment(EIA)for the regional base stations,strengthening localization management,and strictly locating the base stations and so on.
