摘要
本文对低温煤基费托合成油与传统石油基航空煤油、柴油清洁燃料产品性能进行对比。与传统石油基清洁燃料对比,费托合成油产品具有蜡含量高、无硫、无氮、少芳烃的特性。但费托合成油清洁燃料普遍存在凝点、冰点、密度等关键指标不合格问题,不同油品的生产,均需要通过多种技术改善油品的低温流动性,并通过多种工艺改进才能生产符合标准的油品。
The paper compares the performance of low-temperature coal-based synthetic oil with traditional petroleum-based aviation kerosene and diesel products. Compared with traditional petroleum-based cleaning fuels,Fischer-Tropsch synthetic oil products have the characteristics of high wax content,no sulfur,no nitrogen and less aromatichydrocarbon. However,Fischer-Tropsch synthetic oil cleaning fuels generally have problems,key indicators such as freezing point,freezing point,density,etc. are unqualified. The production of different oil products requires various techniques to improve the low-temperature fluidity of oil products and improve them through various processes. Produce oils that meet the standards.
