摘要
目的探讨托拉塞米联合甘露醇对脑出血水肿的临床意义。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月在辽阳县中心医院就诊的80例脑出血患者,随机分组,对照组40例,采取甘露醇治疗,对照组40例采用托拉塞米联合甘露醇治疗,比较两组患者的临床有效率和神经功能缺损评分。结果试验组临床有效率高于对照组,神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对脑出血水肿患者采取托拉塞米联合甘露醇治疗可以有效的缓解其临床症状减低神经损伤程度,值得在临床推广。
Objective To study the tora Sammy joint mannitol the clinical significance of bleeding in the brain edema. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017 in liaoyang county center hospital, 80 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients, randomly assigned, the control group, 40 cases treated with mannitol, control group 40 cases using tora Sammy joint mannitol treatment, compared two groups of patients with the clinical efficient and neural function defect scale. Results Treatment group effective rate was higher than the control group, the nerve function defect score lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with cerebral hemorrhage edema to tora Sammy with mannitol therapy can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms reduce nerve damage degree, is worth popularizing in clinical.
