摘要
目的了解我国妇女常见病筛查数据上报情况,为提高我国妇女常见病筛查数据质量提出建议。方法在全国30个省按照2016年妇女常见病筛查率最高、中等、最低进行抽取,每个省3个县(区),共90个县(区)进行信函调查。结果从2013年到2016年,筛查率分别为37.64%,49.23%,58.88%和60.90%,呈逐年上升趋势。筛查率分布东部高于中部、中部高于西部。2016年妇女常见病筛查率仍旧偏低,大于80%的县(区)仅占40%。64.44%的调查县(区)能正确理解应查人数的定义。妇女常见病筛查数据来源多样,其中"两癌"检查项目、妇女常见病项目及孕前优生项目为主要的数据来源,而来自体检的数据普遍收集不足。结论目前我国妇女常见病筛查数据质量值得关注,急需对我国妇女常见病筛查数据来源以及应查人数的定义进行统一要求和质控。
Objective To elaborate the data sources and report status of Chinese common gynecological diseases screening,and put forward suggestions to improve the quality of screening data.Methods A letter survey was conducted in 90 counties(districts) in 30 provinces in China,and three counties(districts) in each province were selected according to the highest,medium and lowest screening rates of common diseases among women in 2016.Results From 2013 to2016,the screening rates of investigated area were 37.64%,49.23%,58.88% and 60.90%,respectively,which were on rise year by year.Regionally,the east reached higher screening rates than the middle,and the middle than the west.In 2016,the screening rate of common disease was still low.With only 40% counties(districts) reaching a screening rate above 80%,and 64.44% could understand the definition of persons who should be checked.The screening of cervical cancer and breast cancer,common gynecological diseases screening and preconception health check for eugenic were the main data sources for common gynecological diseases screening.The data from physical examination are generally insufficient.Conclusion At present,the data of screening for common diseases of Chinese women are worthy of attention,and it is urgent to unify the requirements and quality control of the data sources and the definition of people who should be checked.
