摘要
腹横肌平面阻滞(transversus abdominis plane block, TAPB)是一种安全、有效的神经阻滞技术,可有效缓解各种腹部手术的围手术期疼痛。TAPB因其效果确切、安全而成为围手术期多模式镇痛(multimodal analgesia, MMA)的重要组成部分。本文回顾近年来国内外对超声引导下TAPB的研究,对其解剖、入路、临床应用、并发症等方面进行综述。
Transversus abdominal plane block (TAPB) is a safe and effective technique, which can effectively relieve the perioperative pain of abdominal surgery. TAPB is an important part of multimodal analgesia (MMA) because of its effect and safety. This article reviews the recent studies on ultrasound-guided TAPB at home and abroad, and sums up its anatomy, approach, clinical application, complications and so on.
