摘要
目的通过调查分析输血相关资料,掌握临床输血状况,为合理用血提供咨询,提高临床科学用血评估体系。方法对四川大学华西医院上锦分院2013—2017年临床输血总量、成分血使用情况、人均用血量、各血型使用量、内科和外科用血情况进行调查分析。结果该院临床用血总量呈上升趋势,人均用血量呈下降趋势,成分血使用率为100%;血小板用量最大,占61.05%,其次是红细胞(24.24%)和血浆(13.05%),冷沉淀(1.65%)用量最少,存在血浆用量偏高现象。内科用血总量、血浆用量和血小板用量均大于外科。结论总用血量逐年上升,临床成分血使用率高,但仍存在用血不合理现象,需加强相关人员培训,以进一步提高临床输血质量。
Objective To investigate and analysis the status of clinical blood transfusions in order to provide references for and improve the rational use rate of blood transfusion. Method Medical records of patients received blood transfusions from 2013 to 2017 were investigated and analyzed. Indexes include total quantity of blood transfusion, per capita blood transfusion, 4 common blood types and the usage of red blood cells, the situation of blood component transfusion and blood transfusion in Internal Medicine Department and Surgical Department. Result The total consumption of blood was increasing each year,but there was a downward trend at the average usage of clinical blood. The ratio of blood component transfusion was 100%. The utilization of platelet was the highest(61.05%), followed by red blood cells(24.24%) and plasma(13.05%),and the amount of cryoprecipitate was the least(1.65%). But there was unreasonable transfusion of plasma in this hospital. Total blood volume, plasma dosage and platelet dosage for internal medicine were greater than those for surgery.Conclusion Faced with the situation of increasing blood demand, although the ratio of component blood transfusion was high. But there were some unreasonable transfusions. The hospital should attach due importance to both the enhancement of blood transfusion knowledge among clinical doctors and blood transfusion indications.
