摘要
在我国城镇化、工业化快速发展背景下,大量农村劳动力外出务工,以工资性收入衡量的农村劳动力机会成本不断上升,粮食价格也不断上涨。基于2000年～2016年粮食主产区面板数据进行实证分析,结果表明:农村劳动力机会成本对粮食价格产生了显著正向影响,农村劳动力机会成本每提升一个百分点,粮食价格平均上涨约0.13个百分点,农村劳动力机会成本已经成为影响粮食价格变化的一个重要原因。必须采取有效措施,提高粮食种植者收益,努力缩小农业经营收入与其他行业收入的差距,降低劳动力机会成本对粮食价格的影响,确保在农民收入增加的同时粮食价格平稳运行。
Under the background of rapid development of urbanization and industrialization in China, a large number of rural laborers go out to work. The opportunity cost of rural labor measured by wage income is rising,and grain prices are also rising. Based on the empirical analysis of panel data of major grain production areas from 2000 to 2016, the results show that the opportunity cost of rural labor has a significant positive impact on grain prices. Every one percentage point increase in the opportunity cost of rural labor will increase the grain price by an average of about 0.13 percentage points. The opportunity cost of rural labor has become an important factor influencing the changes in grain prices. Effective measures must be taken to increase the income of grain growers, narrow the income gap between agricultural business and other industry,reduce the impact of labor opportunity cost on grain prices, and ensure that grain prices run smoothly while farmers’ incomes increase.
