摘要
结合40 m跨度城市汽车专用简支梁桥设计,针对钢箱梁桥方案存在的正交异性钢桥面铺装困难、抗疲劳性能差等问题,提出一种钢底板和波形钢腹板组合简支箱梁方案。根据公路桥涵设计相关规范,采用MIDAS/Civil有限元软件建立了全桥组合单元模型,分析了该种桥型在不同工况下的应力和变形,对比了组合梁方案与钢箱梁方案在技术、经济上的特点。研究表明:钢底板和波形钢腹板组合简支箱梁桥能满足承载能力和正常使用的要求;该种桥型在材料用量、施工周期、施工质量、耐久性能等方面都具有显著优势。
Combining with the design of 40m urban vehicle-exclusive simply-supported beam bridge, this paper presented a scheme for the simply-supported composite box beam bridge with steel bottom plates and corrugated steel webs so as to solve the difficulty in paving and the problem of bad fatigue performance in orthotropic steel bridges, then established the composite-element model of entire bridge and analyzed the deformations and stresses of this kind of bridge under different working conditions by MIDAS/Civil, a software of finite element analysis, according to the Highway Bridge Design Code. At last, the technical and economical characteristics of the two schemes were compared. The results showed this kind of bridge could meet the requirements of both bearing capacity and serviceability, and had significant advantages in material consumption, construction period, construction quality and durability.
