摘要
在分析传统造价控制局限的基础上,基于BIM项目全生命周期造价控制模式,介绍了以BIM技术为核心的建筑项目信息集成平台、全生命周期造价控制模式及BIM技术在项目各阶段造价控制中的实施过程,剖析了构成参与方共享的BIM信息集成平台要素,建立基于BIM技术的工程项目全生命周期造价控制模式,并结合工程实例,分别从决策、设计、施工及竣工阶段对该模式进行验证。
On the basis of analyzing the limitations of traditions of traditional cost control, based on the BIM project full life cycle cost control model, this paper introduces the construction project information integration platform with BIM technology , the whole life cycle cost control mode and the implementation process of BIM technology in the project cost control in each stage, the elements of BIM information integration platform shared by participants are analyzed, the whole life cycle cost control mode of the project based on BIM is established , the model is verified from the decision-making, design, construction and completion stages.
