摘要
针对超级电容器单一充电控制方式中充电时间、充电电流和初始充电的控制问题,文章提出了一种超级电容器分段充电控制策略,即分为脉冲充电、恒流充电和恒压充电3个阶段,实现了初始状态为零的超级电容充电控制,缩短了充电时间,避免了充电末期电流过大的隐患。文章阐述了3个阶段的变化趋势和状态切换条件,设计了基于三环控制的控制环路,并研制了超级电容DC/DC变换器充电样机。实验结果表明,该控制策略能够很好地实现超级电容的充电控制。
Aiming at the problems of single charge control, such as charge time, charge current and initial charge, a super capacitor(SC) control strategy based on segmentation charge control strategy was proposed, which including pulse charge, constant current charge and constant voltage charge in three stages. So, based on segmentation charge control, SC charge with zero initial state is realized, the charge time in the charge process is shorten and the hidden danger of excessive current at the end of charge is avoided. Then, the change trend and state switching condition in three stages were described, the control loop of three-loop control was designed and the prototype of the SC DC/DC converter was developed. Finally,the experimental results show that the SC charge can be successfully controlled by this method and the effect is good.
