摘要
针对远程抄表系统中水表表盘读数不准的问题,提出了基于信号处理器ADSP-BF592的摄像直读远传抄表系统。系统采用星型组网,终端节点通过摄像模块OV9650对表盘进行摄像,利用BF592对图像帧进行截取和压缩操作,中心节点利用LoRa转GPRS的集中器把图像上传给服务器,在服务器端完成水表表盘读数识别。实际通过对系统测试表明组网简单、抄表成功率和图像识别率较高、系统运行稳定。
Aiming at the problem of inaccurate reading of the dial in remote meter reading system, a photographing and direct reading remote AMR system based on signal processor ADSP-BF592 is proposed. The system uses the startype network whose terminal node shoots the dial image via a camera module OV9650. The BF592 is used to intercept and compress the image frame. The central node uses the LoRa to GPRS to transmit the image to the server, and the meter dial reading is recognized on the server side. The actual system test shows that the network is simple, the success rate of meter reading and water meter image recognition is greatly improved, and the system is running stably.
