A Master-slave Measurement and Control System Based on USB Communication

摘要 USB接口具有数据传输速率高、支持热插拔、即插即用的优势。给出一种以USB总线为通信纽带的主从式恒温控制装置,系统中使用CY7C68013A单片机作为本地恒温控制系统的控制核心,用于实现温度测量、控制等功能。上位PC主机则通过USB总线与单片机通信,最终构建一个基于USB总线通信的主从式恒温控制装置。给出了系统硬件、软件及USB固件的开发设计方案,也给出了上位机侧进行系统应用程序和USB驱动程序开发的原理与方法。该方案可为类似主从式控制系统的设计开发及应用提供借鉴。 USB interface has the advantages of high data transmission rate and supporting hot-plug and plug-andplay. This paper presented a master-slave constant temperature control device with USB bus as communication link. In this system, CY7C68013A SCM was used as the control core and to realize the functions of local temperature measurement and control. Then, the host PC communicated with SCM through USB bus, and finally constructed a master-slave constant temperature control device based on USB bus. The development principle and design scheme of the hardware, software and USB firmware were given in the paper. At the same time, the principle and method of developing the application programs and the USB driver program on the host PC side were also described. This scheme could provide reference for the design and development of similar master-slave control system.
