摘要
中国教育信息化是在中国共产党领导下、立足于中国本土文化和社会经济环境的以技术支撑和引领教育现代化的伟大事业。按照发展历程,中国教育信息化可以划分为萌芽阶段、初步发展阶段、快速发展阶段、逐步成熟阶段等4个阶段,不同阶段显现出不同的时代特征。从中国教育信息化的演进逻辑来看,主要表现为:信息化主体从一元主体独行向多元主体共治演化,信息化研究领域从单一领域突进向宽广领域共进演化,信息化动力从建设驱动向应用驱动演化,信息化理念从工具应用向深度融合演化,信息化策略从摸着石头过河向顶层设计演化,信息化经验从国外借鉴向国际引领演化。
Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, educational informatization, based on the cultural and socio-economic environment, is a great technology-supported cause that leads the educational modernization. Based on development history, Chinese educational informatization can be divided into four stages including embryonic stage, the preliminary stage, rapid development stage, and mature stage, in which different stages are characterized by different eras. From the perspective of the evolutionary logic of China's educational informatization, it mainly shows the evolution from the single subject to plural subject, from a single field to a broad field in terms of information research field, from constructiodriven development to applicatiodriven development in the perspective of driving force, from tool-applied idea to the idea of deeper integration, from the strategy of crossing the river by feeling the stones to the strategy of top-level design, and from taking experience abroad to leading the international development.
