摘要
采用正交试验的方法优化5 mm厚AZ31镁合金真空电子束焊工艺,通过极差分析的方法确定最优焊接参数,并且对优化参数下的焊接接头进行硬度试验。试验结果表明,工艺参数为聚焦电流1.59 mA,电子束流42 mA,焊接速度2000 mm/min,加速电压49 kV时焊接接头硬度最高,且接头各区域硬度值分布为焊缝接近于母材,热影响区最低。
The process of vacuum electron beam welding of 5 mm thick AZ31 magnesium alloy was optimized by orthogonal test.The optimum welding parameters were determined by range analysis,and the hardness test of the welded joints under the optimum parameters was carried out.The experimental results show that the welded joint has the highest hardness when the focus current is 1.59 mA,electron beam is 42 mA,welding speed is 2000 mm/min,and acceleration voltage is 49 kV,and the hardness value of the welded joint is the highest.The hardness distribution in each zone of the joint is that the hardness of the weld is close to that of the base metal,and that of the heat affected zone is the lowest.
