总部级电费回收营销稽查监控研究与应用 被引量:6

Research and application of supervision and control of electricity recycling marketing inspection at ministry level

摘要 为了提高总部级电费回收营销稽查监控性能,提出一种基于大数据融合调度和定量统计分析的总部级电费回收营销稽查监控方法。构建总部级电费回收营销稽查的统计分析模型,采用描述性统计分析和非线性时间序列分析方法进行总部级电费回收营销数据重组,对营销数据进行特征空间的分布式融合处理,采用模糊聚类方法进行总部级电费回收营销稽查数据的分类识别,根据特征分类结果对营销数据进行定量递归分析,在递归图中实现营销稽查信息的可视化监控和识别。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行总部级电费回收营销稽查监控,对营销数据的分类识别能力较好,数据的融合度较高,提高了对营销信息的稽查能力。 In order to improve the monitoring performance of the general ministerial level electricity recovery marketing audit, this paper puts foi-ward a nioniLoring method based on big data fusion scheduling and quantitative statistical analysis. This paper constructs a statistical analysis model of electricity recovery marketing audit in general ministerial level, and uses descriptive statistical analysis and nonlinear time series analysis method to reorganize the marketing data of electricity recovery in general ministerial level. The marketing data is processed by the distributed fusion of the feature space, the classification and identification of the general ministerial electricity recovery marketing audit data is carried out by using fuzzy clustering method , and the quantitative recursive analysis of the marketing data is carried out according to the results of the feature classification. The visual monitoring and recognition of marketing audit information are realized in the recursion diagram. The simulation results show that the method can be used to monitor and control the total ministerial level electricity recovery marketing, and the classification and recognition ability of the marketing data is better, the data fusion degree is higher, and the checking ability of the marketing in formation is improved.
