摘要
通过热压成型工艺制备了超高分子量聚乙烯/维生素E/氧化石墨烯(UHMWPE/VE/GO)复合材料,随后在真空环境下采用γ射线对其进行辐照交联处理,采用红外光谱仪分析了复合材料的分子结构,并利用接触角测量仪测定不同液体在复合材料表面的接触角,分析了其表面润湿性,进而计算出复合材料的表面自由能,同时分析了复合材料吸水率的变化。结果表明:GO填充对辐照处理前后UHMWPE/VE复合材料的分子结构未产生明显影响,GO的添加略微提高了UHMWPE/VE复合材料的吸水率,显著提升了复合材料的润湿性及表面能。
Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene/vitamin E/graphene oxide(UHMWPE/VE/GO)composites were prepared by hot pressing process,then the composites were irradiated by γ-rays in vacuum.The molecular structure of the composites was analyzed by infrared spectrometer.The contact angle was tested by angle meter,and wettability and surface free energy were analyzed.At the same time,the change of the water absorption of the composites was analyzed.The results show that GO filling has no obvious effect on the molecular structure of UHMWPE/VE composites.The addition of GO slightly improves the water absorption,however,the wettability and surface energy are significantly improved.
