放射状冲击波治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究

摘要 目的:探讨放射状冲击波治疗膝骨关节炎的效果。方法:选取2016年5月-2018年5月我院收治的膝骨关节炎患者88例,随机分为2组,对照组应用常规冲击波治疗,观察组应用放射状冲击波治疗。结果:观察组患者的膝功能恢复评分明显高于对照组,同时观察组患者的膝关节疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:膝骨关节炎的治疗过程当中,应用放射状冲击波治疗效果理想,能有效的提高患者的生活质量,临床上应当进一步推广和应用。 Objective: To explore the effect of radiative shock wave on knee osteoarthritis. Methods: A total of 88 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Results: The knee function recovery score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the knee joint pain degree of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Radiofrequency shockwave therapy is effective in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
