经皮椎体成形在非骨质疏松单节段椎体创伤性压缩骨折中的修复作用

摘要 目的:探讨经皮椎体成形在非骨质疏松单节段椎体创伤性压缩骨折中的修复作用.方法:选取我院2014年7月-2018年2月收治的非骨质疏松单节段椎体创伤性压缩骨折患者60例作为研究对象,所有患者均予以经皮椎体成形治疗,观察患者治疗效果.结果:与修复前相比,60例患者修复后1天、3个月、6个月、12个月、18个月目测类比评分、功能障碍指数评分均明显降低(P<0.05).且修复后3个月,患者目测类比评分、功能障碍指数评分均趋于稳定水平;修复后60例患者均未出现并发症以及材料宿主反应,安全性高.治疗满意度调查显示:满意41例,较满意17例,不满意2例,治疗满意度为96.7%.结论:经皮椎体成形在非骨质疏松单节段椎体创伤性压缩骨折中的修复作用突出,值得推广. Objective: To investigate the role of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the repair of non - osteoporotic single - segment vertebral traumatic compression fractures. Methods: 60 patients with non - osteoporotic single - segment vertebral body traumatic compression fracture admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to February 2016 were selected as the research object. All patients were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty to observe the therapeutic effect of the patients. Results: Compared with before repair, visual analogue score and dysfunction index score of 60 patients were significantly lower at 1 day, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months and 18 months after repair ( P < 0. 05 ). And three months after repair, the patients'visual analogue scores and dysfunction index scores tended to be stable. After repair, 60 patients did not have complications or material host reaction, and the safety was high. The survey of treatment satisfaction showed that 41 cases were satisfied, 17 cases were more satisfied, 2 cases were dissatisfied, and the treatment satisfaction was 96. 7 %. Conclusion: Percutaneous vertebroplasty played an important role in the repair of non - osteoporotic single - segment vertebral body traumatic compression fracture and was worthy of promotion.
