摘要
目的系统整合有关我国脑卒中患者主要照顾者的真实体验,为医院、社区更好地开展服务工作提供依据。方法检索PubMed、Web of Science、Elsevier-SDOL、CNKI、万方和维普等数据库,纳入所有相关的质性研究,在进行质量评价之后进行整合与分析。结果共纳入12篇相关文献,将研究结果重新归纳分类,将相似结果归纳组合形成7个新的类别,并综合成3个整合结果,包括照顾者存在多重负担、照顾者渴望得到多方面支持、照顾者不断进行自我调整。结论卫生保健人员需关注脑卒中患者主要照顾者的负担和需求,给予相应的帮助和指导,从而加强主要照顾者的照顾能力,减轻其照顾负担。
Objective To conduct a systematic review on the real experience in primary caregivers of stroke patients and provide evidence-based guidance for delivery of care in hospital and community settings. Methods PubMed,Web of Science,Elsevier-SDOL,CNKI,Wanfang data,CQVIP databases were included to retrieve literatures on real experience in primary caregivers of stroke patients. Results Twelve qualitative studies were sequently integrated into seven categories and finally three integrative results were summarized from the seven categories,the caregivers were over burdened,the caregivers expected multiple support,and the caregivers were constantly adjusting themselves. Conclusion Burden and need in primary caregivers of stroke patients should be paid attention by primary health staff.Help and guidance need to be taken to strengthen their care ability,and reduce burden of primary caregivers.
