摘要
大跨度简支梁桥是高速铁路桥梁的重要发展方向之一。针对速度为350 km/h(无砟),250 km/h(有砟)高速铁路40 m简支双线箱梁大跨度的特点,对40 m简支箱梁高度、截面构造尺寸、梁端悬出长度、梁端吊点构造及运架工况受力情况进行方案设计与模拟计算。通过对比分析确定了截面关键尺寸:梁高度为3. 2 m,顶板厚度取285 mm,底板厚度取280 mm,腹板斜率取1∶4,腹板厚度取360 mm,腹板上部竖倒角取700 mm,梁端悬出长度选用0. 65 m。
Simply supported girder bridge with long span among the important development directions of high speed railway bridges.In view of the long-spancharacteristics of 40 m simply supported girder bridge for double-line of high speed railway (350 km/h for ballastless railway and 250 km/h for ballast railway),the scheme design and the simulation of the height,section structural dimension,cantilever length of girder end,lifting point structure at ends and mechanical performance in the case of transfer/erection were conducted.Based on the comparative analysis,the key dimensions were determined as follows:girder height is 3.2 m,top f lange thickness is 285 mm,bottom f lange thickness is 280 mm,web slopeis 1 ∶4,web thicknessis 360 mm,vertical chamfer at web top is 700 mm,and cantilever length of girder end is 0.65 m.
