硬车削技术在高强度钢材料上的应用

摘要 基于陶瓷刀具的硬车削,结合正交实验以及方差得到实验范围中产生的最优工艺参数组合。依据建立30CrMnSiNi2A等高强度钢材料的表面粗糙度模型,分析切削速度、进给量以及刀尖圆弧半径的影响。
