摘要
介绍了我国动车组检修状况和材料备件需求特点;分析了传统库存模式特点及适用范围;针对动车组检修涉及的必换件、消耗件、周转件、高价偶换件等给出其管理策略;在全面分析必换件、消耗件、周转件、高价偶换件的消耗特点和影响因素基础上,提出其定量配置计算公式,并通过示例说明计算方法的适用性和有效性;为动车组检修材料配件优化管理提供技术支撑。
This paper introduces the maintenance condition of EMU and the characteristics of the spare parts requirement. The characteristics and the scope of application of traditional inventory model are analyzed. The management strategy for the necessary replacement parts, consumption, turnover parts and high price occasional replacement parts involved in the maintenance of EMU is given. Based on analyzing the consumption characteristics and the influence factors of the necessary replacement parts, consumption, turnover parts and high price occasional replacement parts, the formulas of the spare parts configuration are proposed. Examples are given to illustrate the applicability and validity of these formulas. This method provides technical support for the optimization of the spare parts management of EMU.
