摘要
对汽车保险杠调整板6060铝合金型材的物理性能进行研究,通过分析6060铝合金型材的力学性能、金相组织、弯曲特征及断口形貌等,确定最佳生产工艺参数,为挤压地铁铝型材产品检验、工艺试验提供技术支持与指导。所生产制品的抗拉强度最高可达251 MPa、屈服强度267 MPa,断后伸长率16.0%,均超过标准规定值及用户要求值。
The physical properties of 6060 aluminum alloy profiles for automobile bumper adjustment panel were studied. The me. chanical properties, microstructure, bending characteristics and fracture morphology of 6060 aluminum alloy profiles were analyzed to determine the optimal production process parameters, which provided technical support and guidance for profile product inspection and process test. The tensile strength of the products produced by the company is up to 251 MPa, the yield strength is 267 MPa, and the elongation after break is 16.0%, which exceeds the standard value and user’s requirements.
