摘要
追溯田园城市理论、城市区域核心理论、技术校区-技术中心理论和特色小镇建设的研究,对比分析国内外特色小镇的发展历史、表现形态、区域经济地位、建设政策和运行模式等,指明制约黄山市特色小镇发展的因素有人才短缺、特色小镇类型单一、产业支撑不够等,提出从人才解决方案、多维立体小镇建设体系、产业链构建和特色小镇培育等方面着手的发展思路。
The construction of characteristic towns in Huangshan City has been stated as one of the key construction projects of Huangshan Municipal Government.It is of great practical significance to study the development strategy of characteristic towns in Huangshan City.This paper traces back to the theory of rural city,the core theory of urban area,the technical campus-technical center theory and the construction of characteristic towns.It also compares and analyzes the development history,performance form,regional economic status,construction policy and operation mode at home and abroad.As a result,this paper points out the factors restricting the development of characteristic towns in Huangshan City:shortage of talents,single type of characteristic towns,insufficient industrial support,etc.,and puts for.ward some development ideas from the perspective of talent solution,multi-dimensional town construction system,industrial chain construction and characteristic town cultivation.
