摘要
目的探讨优质护理在冠心病患者护理中的应用价值。方法选取2015年6月—2018年6月在我院就诊的78例冠心病患者,随机分为两组,每组各39例。对照组采取常规的护理方法,观察组采取优质护理。对比两组护理后的生活质量分级改善情况。结果观察组护理后的生活质量分级为极差0例,差2例,中等12例,较好15例,良好10例,改善率为94.87%(37/39),明显高于对照组的79.49%(31/39)(P<0.05);观察组护理后的焦虑程度评分值明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论优质护理在冠心病患者的护理中具有较高的应用价值,可以有效改善其生活质量和焦虑程度。
Objective To explore the application value of high quality nursing in the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 78 patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,39 in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing methods,while the observation group adopted high-quality nursing.The improvement of quality of life in two groups after nursing was compared.Results After nursing,the quality of life in the observation group was graded as extremely poor in 0 cases,poor in 2 cases,medium in 12 cases,good in 15 cases and good in 10 cases.The improvement rate was 94.87%(37/39),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(79.49%)(31/39)(P<0.05);The anxiety score of the observation group after nursing was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing has high application value in the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease.It can improve the quality of life of patients,so it can be promoted and applied in clinical.
