摘要
目的研究分析在小儿静脉输液时实施护理干预的作用。方法对2018年1—6月在本院进行静脉输液的86例患儿开展研究分析。采取电脑随机数字法分组为观察组以及对照组各43例,对照组患儿接受常规护理,观察组采取综合性护理干预,评估护理后在穿刺一次成功率、静脉输液顺从率以及患儿家属满意度方面的组间差异。结果 观察组中患儿的穿刺一次成功率、输液顺从性以及患儿家属满意度均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在小儿静脉输液时开展综合性护理干预有利于提高穿刺一次成功率,增进小儿输液顺从性以及家属护理满意度。
Objective To study and analyze the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on improving the success rate of one-time puncture,compliance and satisfaction of children with intravenous infusion.Methods A total of 86 cases of pediatric patients who received treatment with concurrent intravenous infusion in our hospital were selected for the study period from January to June 2018.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random numerical table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The success rate,compliance rate and satisfaction rate of the two groups were analyzed after the nursing.Results The success rate,infusion compliance and nursing satisfaction of the children in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out comprehensive nursing intervention during intravenous infusion in children can improve the success rate of puncture once,enhance the compliance of infusion in children and the nursing satisfaction of family members.
