摘要
蚩尤是上古九黎之君、三苗之祖,今中国西南五大苗区族人共尊的先祖之一。但在今湖南中部古梅山地域的汉族民俗中,遗存有很多蚩尤崇拜事相。文章通过对诸多事相的分类清理,发现其传承主干为民间巫傩坛班,蚩尤的汉化"傩祖"形象,承载有苗人的"祖灵"与汉人的"兵主"双重神格。再通过史志资料印证,提出"蚩尤‘傩祖’双重神格的融合,应起始于宋末梅山张虎抗元"的推论。
Chi-you is regarded as the emperor of Jiu-li in ancient time, the ancestor of Miao nationality and one of the ancestors worshipped together by Miao nationality in five areas of the contemporary Southwest China. While in the investigation of Han folklore of Meishan area in the Middle of Hunan province, there exist many incidents of worshipping Chi-you. This paper classifies these incidents and finds that its inheritance is mainly from the folk Nuo troupe and the image of Chi-you as the Hanized originator of Nuo demonstrates dual characteristics: the “ancestral spirit” of Miao nationality and “the army commander” of Han nationality. Then by consulting historical documents, this essay suggests the integration of Chi-you as the originator of Nuo came from the inference of the deeds of ZHANG Hu’s anti-Yuan domination in the late Song Dynasty.
