摘要
数值模拟的方法为管道输水工程采用合理的水锤防护提供了良好的技术支撑。基于特征线法,采用扰动分析的方式(固定步长5%,扰动范围±25%),并结合修正的Morris筛选法,对事故停泵工况时水锤计算模型进行了参数局部敏感性分析,以加强对模型参数的识别和不确定性的分析。分析结果表明:所研究的条件在事故停泵工况时,模型中的7个参数与最大水锤压力值的敏感性大小依次为泵后阀关阀时间、管道管径、输水流量、摩阻系数、水击波波速、机组转动惯量、管道长度。
The numerical simulation method provides reasonably good technical support for the use of reasonable water hammer protection for pipeline water transmission projects.Based on the characteristic line method,using the perturbation analysis method (fixed step size 5%,perturbation range ± 25%) and modified Morris filter method,the local sensitivity analysis on the parameters of the water hammer calculation model in the accidental pump-stop condition was performed to strengthen the identification of the model parameters and uncertainty analysis.The results showed that the descending order of sensitivity of seven parameters that are related with the maximum water hammer pressure in the model was valve closing time,pipe diameter,water flow,friction coefficient,water hammer wave speed,unit rotational inertia,pipeline length.
