摘要
为了减轻钻井工人的劳动强度,提高起下钻作业的工作效率和安全性,配合二层台机械手完成起下钻过程中的立根排放问题,设计了一种自动化液压钻台辅助机械手。该机械手主要由动力液压缸、机械臂、底座和夹持部分等组成,通过旋转、伸缩和夹持三个动作,严格遵循排管规则有序动作,实现起下钻工作中立根的自动排放。根据该机械手的用途和工作要求,分析了工作循环和工作原理,设计了机械结构、液压系统和PLC控制电路。经过仿真和测试,该液压机械手操作简单、运行平稳,满足工作要求,实现了缩短钻井周期、增强钻井作业安全性的目的。
In order to reduce the labor intensity of the drilling workers,improve the work efficiency and safety of the drill-down operation,and cooperate with the two-story robot to complete the vertical root discharge problem during the drilling process,an automatic hydraulic drill rig auxiliary robot is designed. The manipulator is mainly composed of a power hydraulic cylinder,a mechanical arm,a base and a clamping portion. Through three actions of rotation,expansion and clamping,and strictly following the orderly action of the piping rules, the automatic discharge of the standing root in the drilling operation is realized. According to the manipulator's use and work requirements,the work cycle and working principle were analyzed,and the mechanical structure, hydraulic system and PLC control circuit were designed. After simulation and testing,the hydraulic manipulator has simple operation and stable operation,meets the working requirements,realizes the purpose of shortening the drilling cycle and enhancing the safety of drilling operations.
