城轨车辆底架主辅线槽布线方法改进 被引量:1

摘要 目前,城轨车辆在试制过程中,预组装工段的主辅线槽布线存在着一些问题主要表现为电缆出线顺序与设备进线口位置及接线点位三者不一致,导致电缆在出线槽后的布线、接线过程中,出现电缆交错、叠加及电缆弯曲弧度不一致、电缆承受应力增大等问题,可以进一步改进。具体方法是将所有需要布置的高压电缆,根据其出线口及接线位置,按照一定秩序进行排列。 At present, in the trial production process of urban rail vehicles, there are some problems in the wiring of the main and auxiliary line grooves in the pre-assembly section, which are mainly manifested in the inconsistency between the cable outgoing sequence and the equipment inlet position and wiring point position. In the process of wiring and wiring after the cable outlet slot, there are some problems, such as cable interleaving, superposition, inconsistent bending radian of cable, increasing stress of cable and so on, which can be further improved. The specific method is to arrange all the high-voltage cables that need to be arranged according to their outlet and wiring position according to a certain order.
