摘要
为有效解决行业技术技能人才供给不足的问题,将STEM教育理念与"工匠精神"相融合,以应用电子技术类工科专业为例,提出基于"STEM+CS"的技能人才培养创新模式,列举实践案例,为高职技术技能应用人才培养提供新思路和新途径。
Combing the advanced educational concept of STEM with “the spirit of craftsmen”, this paper proposes innovative mode of talent cultivation based on “STEM+CS” skills and explores new ideas and ways to realize the cultivation of applied talents of technical skills in higher vocational colleges. Taking the application of electronic technology engineering major as an example, this paper practices the implementation scheme of the training mode to effectively solve the shortage of technical and skilled personnel in the industry.
