摘要
TiO_2研磨机的机械密封不同于泵用机械密封,其密封的工作介质为含固颗粒TiO_2与乙二醇(EG)的混合液体。因此其结构比较特殊,只有了解其结构及工作原理,才能正确判断机械密封是否失效。机械密封一旦失效,大多不需要对其进行整体更换。只要正确判断失效的具体位置,针对性地更换相关失效件,就能真正地解决问题,节约维修成本。重点介绍了TiO_2研磨机机械密封的结构、各主要密封件的作用,分析了几种TiO_2研磨机机械密封的失效形式,并提出了相关处理办法。
Mechanical seal of TiO2 grinder was different from that of pump. The sealing medium was a mixture of TiO2 and EG containing solid particles. Therefore, its structure was quite special. Only by understanding its structure and working principle could we correctly judge whether the mechanical seal was invalid or not. Once mechanical seals failed, most of them did not need to be replaced as a whole. As long as the specific location of the failure was correctly judged and the relevant failure parts were replaced, the problem could be solved and the maintenance cost could be saved. The structure of the mechanical seal of the TiO2 grinder and the function of the main seals were introduced emphatically. Several failure modes of the mechanical seal of the TiO2 grinder were analyzed, and the relevant treatment methods were put forward.
