能源与动力工程专业校外实习的有效模式探索

摘要 校外实习是高等学校工科专业人才培养方案中不可缺少的环节。能源与动力工程专业的学生从大学三年级开始到大学四年级完成毕业设计离开学校,至少要完成认识实习的校外环节和为期两周的校外运行实习。如何来保证校外实习的教学效果,保证参加实习的师生的人身安全,同时又不对接受实习的企业单位造成过多的负担和压力,新型的校外实习模式是值得探索和研究的。经过多年的教学实践发现,只要做到大集中,小分组;课堂内外结合;校企联合制定培养计划;师生共同管理实习过程就可以很好完成校外实习的各项教学目标,实现学校、学生和企业的三方共赢。 Off-campus practice is an indispensable training program for engineering majors in colleges and universities. Students majoring in energy and power engineering will leave the colleges and universities from the third year to the fourth year after completing their graduation project. They will have to complete at least two weeks of off-campus practice and off-campus fieldwork. How to ensure the teaching effect of off-campus practice, to ensure the personal safety of teachers and students, and at the same time not to give the power plants for the practice too much burden and pressure, the new model of off-campus practice is worth exploring and studying. After several years of teaching practice, the author concludes that by using "a large centralization and small groups" method;in-class and out-of-class integration;school-business joint development of training plans;the teachers and students co-management mode can be achieved, which can well complete the teaching objectives of off-campus practice, and thus achieve a win-win situation for schools, students and businesses.
