摘要
幼儿园人力资源即教师是幼儿园的核心,教师包括专人教师、保育人员、医务人员及其他工作人员。研究主要调查了民族地区农村幼儿园平均师幼比、幼儿教师的学历结构、幼儿教师的工作年限及幼儿教师参加培训情况,分析存在的问题,提出解决策略。
Kindergarten human resources are workers with teachers as the core, including full-time teachers, child care staff, medical staff and other workers. The study mainly investigates the average teacher-child ratio of rural kindergartens in ethnic areas, the educational structure of preschool teachers, the working years of preschool teachers and the participation of preschool teachers in training, then analyzes the existing problems and proposes the solutions.
