摘要 给出摆线齿轮泵内转子齿廓的形成过程及转子相关尺寸的形成机理,根据外摆线形成原理构造摆线方程,利用UG表达式功能建立内转子齿廓曲线,生成内外转子实体模型并做装配与运动仿真分析,此模型对内外转子的工艺定制具有重要的指导意义,也为后续齿轮泵内外转子的生产提供加工数据。 The formation process of tooth profile of the inner rotor of cycloid gear pump and the forming mechanism of the rotor relevant sizes are introduced in this paper. The cycloid equation is established according to forming principle of the outer cycloid, and the tooth profile curve of the inner rotor is built by using the function of UG expressions. The solid models of the inner and outer rotor are generated and the assembly and motion simulation analysis are performed. This model has important guiding significance for the craft of the inner and outer rotor, and can provide processing data to produce the inner and outer rotor of cycloid gear pump.
