摘要
通过对现有双轴跟踪光伏支架的驱动系统、模组梁以及主梁三部分的缺点进行分析阐述后,设计出立卧一体式的驱动系统、铝合金的模组梁、法兰盘连接式主梁,解决了现有光伏支架的缺点,达到了提升设备安装效率和追踪精度的目的。
In this paper, after analyzing the shortcomings of the driving system, the module beam and the main steel beam of the existing two-axis tracking photovoltaic bracket, the vertical and horizontal combined driving system, aluminum alloy module beam and the flanged connected main beam are designed to solve the shortcomings of the existing photovoltaic stand, and thus to achieve the purpose of improving the installation efficiency and tracking accuracy of the equipment.
