摘要
单定子双转子盘式对转永磁同步电机在不平衡负载及扰动情况下运行时会出现运行不稳定、鲁棒性差的问题。针对此问题,该文在双转子两边不同负载的情况下,分析了电机运行的稳定性,提出一种实时切换参考坐标系的动态滑模控制策略。该控制策略通过实时比较转矩角的大小以切换控制所需的坐标系来实现双转子的动态控制。同时,针对动态控制系统易受到负载扰动影响的问题,构建非奇异快速终端滑模速度控制器以提高系统的鲁棒性。实验结果表明,该文所提出的动态滑模控制策略能够使系统运行稳定可靠。
When the single-stator dual-rotor disc-rotating permanent-magnet synchronous motor runs under unbalanced loads and disturbances, there will be problems of unstable operation and poor robustness. In order to solve this problem, this paper analyzes the stability of the motor under the condition of different loads on both sides of the double rotor, and proposes a dynamic sliding mode control strategy which switches the reference frame in real time. The control strategy realizes the dynamic control of the dual rotors by comparing the torque angles in real time to switch the coordinate system required for control. Meanwhile, in order to improve the robustness of the system, a nonsingular fast terminal sliding mode speed controller is constructed to deal with the influence of parameter uncertainties and load disturbances on the dynamic control system. The experimental results show that the proposed dynamic sliding mode control strategy can make the system run stably and reliably.
