摘要
本文介绍安军明主任医师基于"阳郁血瘀"理论治疗痤疮的经验。安军明主任医师认为,"阳郁血瘀"是痤疮的基本病机,痤疮起于阳气郁遏,若阳气不得输布,津液不化、血行不畅,则痰浊、瘀血相继而生,其发作与脏腑功能失调密切相关。临床辨治痤疮,应当注重通阳解郁、调枢机、清腑热、滋阴养血、化瘀散结,兼顾脏腑功能。在此理论的指导下,安军明主任医师治疗痤疮注重背部腧穴的应用,同时配合阳明、少阳等经脉腧穴,临床取得了满意疗效。
This article introduces Professor An Junming’ s experience in treating acne vulgaris based on the theory of "yang stagnation and blood stasis". Professor An believes that"yang stagnation and blood stasis"is the basic pathogenesis of acne vulgaris which caused by yang stagnation. If yang is not allowed to be transferred,inability of body fluid to function and the blood is not smooth,then turbidity and blood stasis are followed. Its onset is closely related to dysfunction of the viscera. Clinical treatment of acne vulgaris should focus on "Tongyang Jieyu ",adjust cardinal organ,clear organs heat,nourish Yin and blood,dissolve blood stasis and disperse knot. Under the guidance of the theory,Professor An’s treatment of acne vulgaris emphasizes the application of back acupoints, together with Yangming, Shaoyang and other meridians,which has achieved good clinical results.
